Keynotes are the perfect option when you are looking for education that inspires and excites your attendees. I love speaking about what I feel passionate about - each person’s unique journey, the truth behind the lie of work-life balance, and how to create a sustainable career for high achieving people. Get ready for a dose of reality, a decent amount of sarcasm, and some laughs while leaning into being our best selves.
Workshops
Workshops are always a fan favorite. We do a deep dive into developing leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and learning how to be the best teammate. As an Enneagram nerd, we use personality to help us understand how we tick, and why we think our co-workers might actually be from Mars. Workshops tend to run 2-3 hours, depending on the needs of the group.
Training
Training is a great option for those that want one on one help with their teams. I offer leadership training (great for those managers and upper-level directors), and team training. It is tailored to the team and the current issues they are facing. It is a fun filled day that will leave your team closer, and more in tune with one another.
